well..

after a million years, i've finally decided to update my filled-with-dust blog as insisted by Miss Jocelyn Chee!

JOCELYN!! I UPDATED LIAO OKAYYY!!

i cant remember all the interesting stuff that happened laa! so dont expect anything more than this!

recent updates on what i've done:

- i went for a drink @ DB with my two girlfriends two weeks ago.

- drove from Sembawang all the way to Pasir Ris for Aeons' BBQ.

- i just went to Tioman and came back three days ago.

- missed out Sembawang's SYF on April's Fool.

- had terrible burnt on my back and i look uber tan. (i'm tan-ner than Alex! OMGG! >.<)

- my nose is peelingggg!! *NOOOOOO*

- i watched final destination 3 for like 4 times?

- Wonder Girl's Nobody MV is damn fweaking niceee!

- i just started reading Eclipse and im addicteddd to it ! STEPHENIE MEYER SO DAMN COOL!

TIOMAN TRIP

- The water is damn clear !

- The breeze is damn nice !

- Dining by the sea is damn damn cool !

- I snorkelled to the middle of the sea when i cant even swim ! >.<

- All the kuchings(cats) in Tioman loves me! (becos im the only one among the ten who feed them on a "regular" basis)

So many things happened in life..

But these are some, which I will keep it in my heart, lock it, throw the key into the sea, let the whale swallow and digest it ! (:

During my secondary school life, the 5 years in band was the greatest experience.. hence I was always hoping that band life wouldn't just end here just like that.. Because we know that after we graduate, everyone will have their own life to live. Since then, I started to miss the life in band every now and then..

During my poly life, I was lucky to know a group of nice people from my module group, IT0602.. they brought colors into my life, and they were the ones who became the reasons for me to come to school everyday without fail..

During my final year, I was being sent over to Beijing to do my FYP on 23 Nov 2008.. and I was more than delightful to know another group of even nicer people.. We ate, we drank, we crapped, we spent sleepless nights, we clubbed, we skipped lab sessions, blah blah blahhh..

ALL TOGETHER YOOO!

and now we are back to Singapore, to reality;

I miss the life in Beijing,

I miss the times I spent with SembWinds,

I miss the times I spent with IT0602,

and I definitely miss the time spent in BiTC..

I so miss all the great moments we had together..

I really really miss everything!

im down with uper terrible cough! :(((

went to the doc in the afternoon and he issued some medications for me..

i took the cough syrup and fell asleep..

when i was up, my vision was blurred, my hands were shivering..

i dunno why, so i went to check out on the cough mixture im taking..

Sedilix-DM Linctus

Each 5ml of the cough medicine contains: (i took 10ml)
Dextromethorphan HBr 15mg
Promethazine HCl 3.125mg
Pseudoephedrine HCl 30mg

Dextromethorphan: At doses higher than medically recommended, dextromethorphan is classified as a dissociative hallucinogenic drug, with visible effects that are similar to ketamine and phencyclidine(PCP). It can produce distortions of the visual field, feelings of dissociation, perceived bodily distortion, and excitement.

Promethazine: Side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, confusion and respiratory depression of overdose.
Cough syrup which contains Promethazine mixed with ingredients such as Sprite soft drink and pieces of Jolly Rancher candy produces Purple Drank-a term for a recreational drug popular in the hip-hopcommunity of the southern United States.
Purple drank is confirmed to have caused the deaths of overdosed users.
Respiratory depression is a fatal adverse drug reaction associated with Promethazine.
Several rapper such as Pimp C, DJ Screw, and Big Moe had died of Purple Drank overdose.

Pseudoephedrine: Is a very strong nasal decongestant and is banned in several countries.
However, in countries such as in US and Msia, it is allowed to be sold in pharmacies behind-the-counter and to collect personal information from the purchaser. In short, I had actually taken a cough medicine which is deemed as illegal in some countries.

if you cant bargain and your skin is not thick enough, i strongly advice you to stay out of this building..

cos we wouldnt anyone to be carrot-head..

met up with my Poly classmates and dine-in @ Pizza Hut, Suntec..

at first, when we were eating half-way, the sound system played, "Happy Birthday to you.. Happy Birthday to you.. ...."

so, i turned back and looked, "Phew! not me!! HAHAHAHA!! XP"

then we continue eating and chatting..

after all the main course were served, the sound system played again, "Happy Birthday to you.. Happy Birthday to you.. ...."

this time, ITS WAS LIKE DAMN LOUDER THAN THE PREVIOUS TIME CAN!!

I WAS STUNNED!

and just before i got myself back to reality, i saw this crew from Pizza Hut handing over three balloons to me and i was like -.-

DIAOS!! 20 years old still give balloons? LOL!!

and as usual, make wish, blow candle, cut cake, CHHEEEEERRR!!! =D

then!! justina opened her bag to take her phone out and i saw this maroon color plastic bag and i was like, "HEY!! GOT PRESENT INSIDE!! GOT PRESENT!!"

she quickly close her bag and said, "where got where got.. no present laa.."

after dinner, we wanted to walk to Esplanade to talk and crap abit..

but after all the discussion, we finally decided to go to Dempsey Hill..

so, we got Kendrick out from his place and he drove over to fetch us..

on the way from Suntec to Dempsey Hill, he lost sight of us again and again!! LOL!!

and we spent like one hour to reach there, and THERE ISNT ANY SEATS FOR US @ Ben and Jerry!! >.<

we ended up talking about Yida in his Rubber Ducky Float @ Commonwealth's Macdonalds..

came back to Sembawang's Macdonalds and continue crapping with them abit and went over to my darling's place @ 3.30am.. =P

FINALLY!!

ITS SATURDAY!!!!

its not another special occassion, its just another normal weekend
and i get to sleep all i want!!

but, i'm dumb enough, becos i woke up at 7:29am and thought,
"OH SHIT, I'M LATE FOR WORK!"

then, i thought again,
"EHHHH, its Saturday hor! HAHA! SIAO!"

and i fell asleep like immediately!
LOLLLLLLL!!

well, these two weeks, IPP wasn't that bad..
didnt had time to slack becos there are too much things to do, one after another..

but i thought it was better, at least i wouldnt stare at the clock and fall asleep..
during the first week, i apparently stoned during the first two days of work becos there's not much work assigned to me..

and till now, every morning when i start work at 8:30am..

the screen of the monitor seems to be using two hooks to hook onto my eye lids, and pulling it down!!! Zzzzzzz...

everyone there is soooo nice except for ONE!!!
WAHAHAHAAA!!

Yesterday, Wednesday

went back to school for advance database (>.<) revision class.

after class, went to Sun Plaza's MOS Burger do prepare the notes to quiz..

we were allow to bring a piece of A4 size paper for the quiz..

but, we have 5 weeks of notes to write..

so the words on the notes are uper small !!

Week 12 - 14

Week 15 - 16

Today, Thursday

Such a bad start of the day..

Suppose to have driving lesson at 10:30am at YCK..

guess what!

I.....

9:55am: overslept!!! (only manage to wake up at 9:55am..) >.<

10:17am: left home immediately
- the lift reached 7th level, and i notice i left my phone at home.. *great~*
- i pressed the button
6th, the level passed;
5th, the level passed again;
4th, the level passed again;
3rd, the level passed again;
2nd, the level passed again !!!

- finally i reached the 1st level, i stayed in the lift and the uncle gave me the 'duh!' of look.
- took a lift back to the 16th level, got my phone, and took the lift back to the 1st level..

10:20am: ready to walk to the MRT station

10:28am: reached Sembawang MRT station

10:29am: went 7-11 to get a drink (because i was damn hungry!)
- took a can of Milo, paid, open up, drank..
- first thought: "Why the Milo taste like Coffee?"
- second thought: "Maybe Milo company change formula for making Milo.."
- *look at the can* (before i threw it away)
- *printed on the can* "MILO MOCHA" -________________-

10:45am: finally reached YCK! *haii~~~~~*

Today's driving lesson wasn't that bad..

from next lesson onward, gotta start the 2hours session instead of the 1.5hours..

IPP Briefing is on 27 Aug..
Only then will know which company we're going to..

went for jogging session with one of my girlfriends, Li Shan!

after slacking for such a long long time, we manage to jog around the stadium 6 times!

although we spend around 30-45mins to jog + rest..

but she really gave me the determination to complete the monsterous run!!

if not, i think i would have went back home after 1 round!! *LOL*

went to watch the dark knight with my girlfriends on Friday evening after the project meeting..

the movie wasn't that bad, but a bit too long-winded..

but overall, 3.5/5 ?

in the movie, one of Joker's line caught my attention..

"I don't wanna kill you. What would I do without you? You complete me.."

this was what joker said to batman..

According to what I've heard, Heath Ledger locked himself in a hotel room for a period of time. And during that time, he watched all sorts of movie with actors acting as pyscho characters in order to better understand his role as The Joker.. and after the filming of The Dark Knight, he tried to use prescribe drugs to supress the "mind of The Joker". But in the end, due to accidental overdose of the drugs, he passed away.. =(

Christian Bale, who acted as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the movie, got arrested for assaulting his Mother and Sister.. He claims that because he was too sad to hear that Heath Ledger passed away, thats why he assaulted his Mom and Sister.. =X

NE Field Trip - Pulau Tekong

today some of us went to BMTC @ Tekong with the school for NE Field Trip..

why did we choose to go Pulau Tekong when it is...
- off shore from the main island..
- far far away becos you need to take bus, go thur expressway, take ferry, and walk!

HAHA!

becos this field trip covers 6hours of our participation for the module NE - National Education..
which is a lame module, with...
- no module credit at all! *DAMN!*
- a must to have 100% attendance in order to clear this module
- frigging boring!!

and becos we volunteered, let me emphasize, VOLUNTEER! for this trip, we were able to skip like 3 lectures?

these 3 lectures add up to a total of like 9hours?
becos that 9hours includes waiting time! (3 hours of lecture + 6hours of waiting in total)

so, without further ado!

when i was watching the part where the SA's played Ross Roy, i saw the seriousness in Fareezah's face..

fareezah is a clarinettist;

today's class started at 3pm, while waiting for cab, saw the juniors at sun plaza..

didnt want to be late for the presentation, justina and i decided to call for a cab, and the cab driver is apparently not paying attention to what we've said.

we ask him to turn right, and he almost turned left;
we ask him to turn right again, and he almost went straight;

thats not all...

today is such a bad day for presentation!!

had presentation for case study and loo see (teo) was one of the marker..

got shoot for the entire presentation. *shucks*

but then!!

the e-Assessment for comm skills, i obtain 18/20 in my first attempt!
- no reference;
- no revision;
- skipped class;

I'M LUCKY! :D

then accompanied lishan to AMK Hub, then supposed to go home after that..

but we ended up at Yishun, ate and chatted till 9:45pm..

yesterday night went clubbing with Justina, Li Shan, Angela, Michelle, Felicia and Alan..

suppose to go MOS, then last minute decision, we went to Zouk.

because we were so "late", the four of us (myself, justina, lishan, angela) didnt manage to get into Phuture.. and we ended up at Mambo..

when we were in there at around 11plus, this ang-moh came forward to lishan and offered to buy her a drink.. but tio reject! :P

and lishan told us, "its still too early to drink" :P

then we went out for supper, PRATA! and went back to the dancefloor at Mambo..

damn no feel to move, and the feeling and lighting makes me want to puke!! :S

at around 1am, the four of us, despite being ps, together we've decided to cab down to MOS..

when we reached there, it so damn fun laa!

everything seems to fall in place nicely!!

we danced from around 1.30am all the way till around 4.30am.. with S.O.S in between.. (the details i shall not elaborate :P )

its for us to noe, and for you to find out!

first day of school after the term break..

and i missed it.. on purpose! :P

nah! actually, i need to accompany my mum to the hospital, thats why.. :)

well, something embarrasing happened!

my poot was like on its way out, and i didnt want to stink the ladies inside the clinic, so i've decided to go to the ladies somewhere far away from the clinic.

so i started my hunt for the ladies, but i couldnt find any!!!

just when i wanted to turn back, i saw this cleaner pushing a trolley, so i asked, "hi, may i noe where the restroom is?"

and she pointed to her right..

so i went to the restroom and just when i entered, i saw something so wrong in the ladies..

a URINAL! :S

so i thought, "maybe its for kids.." and without furthur delay i went straight into the cubicle and started my shyt-ing journey..

but when i left the restroom, i look at the label sticked to the door carefully with my eyes wide open..

"eh, why the figure on the label never wear skirt ?"

you get it??
i only notice i went to the wrong restroom after i used it !

luckily there wasnt anyone using the urinal when i went out.. if not!!!!

HAHAHAHHAAHAHAHA!!

yesterday was fun!

afternoon: everyone went to KFC, eat and bitch! woohoooo~
evening: everyone came over to my place, bitch-ed! woohoooo~

today was quite fun too!

slept till 2:30pm and got "digged" up by my mum. -.-
watched tv till 4:30pm and decided to take a shower before i went out..

met Geena to get First Steps in Music Theory book at PS..
met Bryan at the same time to pass him the ticket..

ate Swensens for dinner with Gee-moo!
Me! : Fish-and-Chips, Sweet as Berries
Gee-moo! : Chicken Baked Rice, Green with Envy

and we shared Merry Mint Ice Cream!

First day:
"wettest" day of my entire life in band. *BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!*

approximate sleeping time: 2hours

breakfast: missed. becos i'm still in lala land
lunch: 6 donut balls
dinner: small plate of rice + one slice of fried egg
supper: cup noodle

Second day:
lousiest morning = insufficient sleep + walking a long stretch of road just to get breakfast + swollen goldfish eyes

approximate sleeping time: 4hours

breakfast: nasi lemak, it really taste so bad! >.< style="font-weight: bold;">Third day:
rehearsal~ (:

approximate sleeping time: 5hours

breakfast: hmmm..
lunch: hmmmm..
dinner: fried rice with chicken wing + 2 cups of milo!
supper: froot loops again~

Last day:
break camp = time to go back for my beauty sleep! (:

breakfast: cup noodle + 3 pieces of jacobs biscuit
lunch: bryani with curry potato
dinner: KFC!! woohoooo~~

after the camp, went out for dinner with the rest then headed for dagui's place..

watched xin guang 2 and bleach ep 175.. and i was liking dozing off and drooling!! SORRY! :P

so damn tired.. slept for like 11 hours out of 70 hours!

well, at least i had my beauty sleep for 16hours today!! *woots!*

ate myojo for ~~noodle~~ dinner.. *oops, i wasn't at the right of my mind!* and mantou for supper!

i think i ate till the third spoon, i really cannot ta-han and went to get a drink..

and till the fifth spoon, seriously cannot ta-han!! and i stopped eating T_T

the feeling was like hot burning charcoals on your tongue!!! :S

My dad, brother and I bought this handbag from Braun Buffel for her!

and she told me that she wanted to get a handbag for herself that day when she went out shopping! but everything that she like seems so expensive.. :(

just when she thought about it a few days ago, we bought something that she wanted so badly!! :P

and I shall thank Li Shan and Justina!

because they were the one who gave me opinions and help me with the shopping!

the service was like uper fast la!

the moment they got the order, within 5mins, they served all the food up!!

but, "bad experience" for the Tom Yum soup.. becos its way to spicy!

the tip of my tongue was like totally numb-ed! :S

as for the Fried Sotong, one word to describe, "OISHI!!"

I'M SO BORED!

so i did something out of random..
i went to calculate how many modules i took since the beginning of year 1 till the end of year 2..

AND I CANT BELIEVE! I TOOK 26 MODULES WITHIN 2 YEARS!

when i was in year 1, i took 7 modules during each semesters.
when i was in year 2, i took 6 modules during each semesters.

and i went to add up the grades i scored for each semester, the result is....

7 A, 5 B+, 5 B, 6 C+, 1 C, 1 D+
accumulated GPA: 3.120

A few days ago, went out with the fun people to celebrate the April Baby's birthday.

These April baby consist of my Da gui, Melvin Chan and Song Ern.

We went to the Toy Museum Restaurant to have dinner, and the grilled fish i ordered wasn't cooked! >.<

So i request for a change and had Fish Platter instead.

ITS SO YUMMY-LICIOUS! :D

after dinner, had some "photo-taking" session :)

after which, some went home and the rest of us went for a drink..

walked all the way from boat quay to somerset with a sprained ankle and a feet covered with a total of 7 blisters! >.<

GOSH! thats so damn torturing can!! :S

but, its so fun to hangout with these lovely people! :D

Last of all, since today is 22nd April 2008, and it happens to be my neighbour cum junior from band and school, i will write something here to wish you a happy birthday :)

yesterday afternoon was so damn chaotic can!

my girlfriends and i was waiting for time to pass, we were so bored to the extend that we started disturbing the shuai ge who was busy playing DIGIMON on his PSP!

Today, Molecular Biology class ended very early!

THIRD DAY OF MY THIRD YEAR LIFE IN NYP..

CONCLUSION: BORING~~ >.<

the reason is simple,
1. all of us from IT0602 were being splitted up because we chose different specialisation
2. five of the considered-noisy + lively people went to Beijing

luckily i still have my lovely girl-friends. (: (:

have been quite busy since monday, the lesson is like madness can!?!?!
on monday, we had 4 straight hours of BIOINFORMATICS!
THATS SO CRAZY LAA!

When you try to catch a fish, it is called FISHING

BUT!!

When you try to catch a prawn, its called PRAWNING! :P

LOL!!

went prawning with dagui, wynny, andy and edwin yesterday night..

we prawned for 2 hours and we manage to prawn 26 prawns (if i remember correctly)!

suppose to go home before there is no more train on service, but we end up staying till around 1am?!?

and we took a cab back home instead.. >.<

the prawn was so big and yummy! i would like to have more!! =D

today, went back to band to tape the scores for the SA's..

something not very pleasant happened, and i think the sec 1s hate me la.. :(

while taking the juniors for drill, one of the sec 1, imran, came to me and said thank you !

my gosh! that was so nice of him.. at least he appreciate what we've done and noe that its out of good intention :)

the drill session only ended at around 7:30pm, and we reached causeway at around like 9?

headed for BREEKS but lazy to queue so we went Jack's Place instead :)

poor service, 2 unfriendly staff, 1 nice cashier, not very clean utensils, delicious mango cake, tasteless grilled cod fish..

thats all for today, shall upload some photos for the prawning session later.. :)

hohoho!

now is April 9, 2008.. 4 more days before i officially become a year 3 student..
and time table is out, damn sucks man!

anyway, went to Geena's place to do the video for the concert and her youngest sister, en en, drool onto my laptop's screen.. >,<

and she like to be tortured by us!

she will always lie down and ask us to tickle her! *WAHAHAHAHA*

everyone in SA love her la! XD

Geena and I dismantled her old comp and we destroyed the hard disk! =X

sad to say that the hard disk's life just got ended by us forcefully~~

what did we do?

we thought that there's a casing for the hard disk, so we forced open the cover..

and poof!

malaysia trip

Malaysia Trip's update.

went to Malaysia to pay respect for the ancestors and stuff like that..

overall, 5/10..

not much fun, but i managed to spend some valuable time with my family! :)

some random photos i took using my phone (i left my camera at home! *sheesh!*)

the name of the ma-ma shop..

according to my dad, this is the "family's business" passed down from my grandpa to my first uncle.

this place is damn old school can! XD

(PS: this newly constructed area is not even completed and officially opened!)

and eventually, you might even see this thing floating in the river! :P

at first when we went over to take a look, around 8 of us stood on the damaged shelter and we didnt know only after quite a while!

my mom commented, my legs are wobbly when im on this thing. XD

got my new hairdo-for-the-year done yesterday, and i cant wash my hair for three days..

my god, i feel so disgusted.. >.<

this is the second day and im still tolerating~~

didnt dare and glad that i didnt need to go out today, if not, i think there'll be so many houseflies around me!! =P

its term break and im not working.. *great~~*

but i'm not wasting my term break away, because i'm busy with some stuff over the hols! =D

some random stuff:
- dark on light background is better on light on dark background..
why? try looking at some light-colored words on a dark background then switch it back to some dark-colored wordings on a light background..

your eyes hurts man ! X(
